Built on full-process AICG (AI-Generated Content) technology, Evil Beast is the first animated film to use Unreal Engine 5 as its core platform, integrating cutting-edge AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, and Suno. This marks a new era in the animation industry, where AI-driven processes replace traditional methods across all stages, from script generation and character design to scene rendering, motion capture, and music composition.
The film employs Metahuman and Style3D for custom 3D character modeling, Rokoko for motion capture, and Animator for facial expression tracking. Midjourney is used for conceptualizing characters, creatures, and scene design, while Unreal Engine 5 enables real-time rendering of high-energy battle sequences and intricate environments. Even the film’s sound effects and background score were composed using Suno AI, making Evil Beast a groundbreaking project without traditional animators or hand-drawn storyboards. In this new era, technology is no longer just a tool—it is a true co-creator.
